Staff were amazing and friendly. One time, I wasn't sure how to use the bathroom faucet and broke it, but the staff fixed it and showed me how to use it. Outstanding customer service and perfect location, close to burger King, McDonald's, save mart, an exchange kiosk, an ATM and so much more.

Located in a quite place, near the centre, looking to the lake. The rooms are big and the bed is comfy. Staff are great. Recommend it highly.

Very nearby to the Central Samui mall and the view of the lake since I had taken the lakeview room. The room was very spacious as well and clean. Staff are amazing in helping out even the smallest of details. Will definitely come back again to this property and would recommend to whoever will be coming in Samui. - The room was really big, with lots of counter and storage space and floor space - The room was really clean including the bathroom - The staff were really friendly and helpful - The wifi was very fast and consistent (never dropped out or struggled), we booked this room to work online from and upload and download large files and it was fantastic - The bed was really big and comfortable - The room had a really nice bath in too - The location was on the main road, very close to restaurants and shops and facing a really nice lake which was nice to walk or run around
